Track & Field

Off Season

As we head into the off season, it is important for athletes to keep active and in shape. This can take the form of:

- Swimming
- Walking/Jogging
- Playing Sports (Football, Soccer)
- Join a USA Track & Field Youth Club

In the Fall, I highly encourage trying out for a fall sport (Soccer, Volleyball, Cheerleading). If you are not participating in a fall sport, I HIGHLY recommend joining our Pride Running Club. This is a great way of getting in better shape before heading into the winter months.
